Purchase Options

All products and services must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and other secure payment options provided at checkout.

Gift certificates, promotions, and discount codes are valid only within their stated terms and expiration dates.
Cancellations (Products)

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Cancellations (Services & Appointments)

All bookings are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled service, you may reschedule at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability).

Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will result in a forfeiture of payment.
Limitation of Responsibility

Sensual Selections & Spa reserves the right to modify or cancel services at our discretion. In the rare case that we cancel your booking, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a service credit.
